Delivery

Peninsula Posy Project delivers every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday except for public holidays. Unfortunately we do not offer same day delivery at the moment.

Peninsula Posy Project will make all reasonable efforts to have the flowers delivered to you by 5pm on the date they are ordered for delivery.

If the recipient is not home: If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the flowers in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbour or on the front step (out of view from the street and out of direct sunlight), or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for re-delivery. If the flowers are to be redelivered another delivery fee will apply.

Incorrect addresses: If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, a re-delivery fee applies. Peninsula Posy Project are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.

Public Holidays

We are closed and do not deliver on all public holidays. If you make an order on a public holiday, we will contact you and refund you on the next business day.

Flower Care 

Peninsula Posy Projects posies are delivered ‘water sourced’ in 100% biodegradable foam and plastic bags, to ensure posies arrive to the recipient alive and fresh.

After unwrapping flowers and removing foam/bag, if possible, posies will benefit from a small trim at the end of their stems. Posies will need to be placed in a clean, water filled vessel as soon as possible and placed away from direct sunlight and heat. Trim stems and change water daily to give flowers the best chance at the longest possible life.

Some flowers have a longer lifespan than others, so remove any wilted flowers and enjoy longer lasting flowers for as long as possible.

Flower Arrangements & Refunds

Our flower and foliage selection (varietal and colour) may slightly change from website image based on seasonal availability. Peninsula Posy Project reserves the right to change this selection based on availability.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind after the goods have been delivered to the recipient.

Returns

Flowers and foliage are highly perishable products and must be cared for suitably to ensure the longest possible life. We provide care instructions on our gift cards as well as further care instructions above. We do not offer returns or refunds after delivery; however, if you are unhappy with the product we have delivered please send us an email along with photos to peninsulaposyproject@gmail.com

Workshops

Please contact us within 72 hours if you are unable to attend a pre-purchased workshop and we will fully refund your ticket. Unfortunately we are unable to refund tickets if less than 72 hours notice is given.

In the unlikely event that we are unwell and need to cancel the event a full refund will be given as soon as possible.

If a workshop does not reach the minimum amount of participants customers will be contacted with the offer of a full refund or the opportunity to move to another workshop date and/or time.

All workshops are held outdoors. If it is raining the workshops will be held outside under cover. We encourage everyone to wear suitable clothing for the season as well as closed toe shoes.

You are not required to bring anything to the workshops, everything you require to put together a beautiful bouquet or wreath will be provided.

Please advise of any dietary requirements when booking workshops for catering purposes.
